Investors continue to grapple with the turbulence caused by COVID-19. The expectation is for heightened volatility and greater disparity in returns between asset classes. Although central banks have sought to keep markets calm with monetary stimulus, there is uncertainty in how economies migrate out of the negative rate environment.
The Hong Kong Global Investment Forum provides key institutional investment decision-makers and stakeholders with a physical and virtual platform to discuss these specific issues candidly, with peers and experts. Investors will be able to share their organisation’s investment management approach, their relative successes/failures and how they’re planning to reform strategies going forward.
All discussions at the Forum are governed by Chatham House Rule. The event is closed to media and by invitation only to senior fund decision-makers. This ensures open and productive discussions with an effective exchange of ideas amongst peers. In-person and virtual content will be incorporated throughout the day.
Throughout the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Institutional Investor is committed to complying with all local health restrictions and protecting the health and safety of our event delegates.
Prior to accessing event areas, delegates will be required to pass a rapid on-site test. Throughout the event, mask-wearing will be compulsory, except when eating or drinking. Adequate space for social distancing will be strictly adhered to and sanitisation stations will be provided during all sessions, refreshment breaks and meals.
Any delegates experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms should stay at home and notify Institutional Investor of their planned absence.
