Systematic Investment Strategies Symposium 2021

Nov 17th - Nov 18th 2021
Harvard Club of New York City
New York, NY
About

When we last held our Systematic Investment Strategies Symposium in December 2020, the systematic strategies-focused allocators were asked to identify which strategies they were most likely to consider for an allocation in 2020. Diversified Alpha and Machine Learning systematic strategies came out on top. Did the pandemic alter those intentions as much as it altered the global investment landscape? Has allocator’s appetite for specific strategies changed in the interim? Institutional Investor Forums will again bring together a similar audience of allocators and systematic managers on November 17-18 in New York City for an advanced discussion of which strategies have held up over the past tumultuous year and which look most promising going forward.

The Harvard Club of New York City was founded in 1865 by a small group of alumni interested in continuing the fellowship of Cambridge. Within a year, there were 98 members who met at Delmonico’s restaurant and other rented quarters. By the early 1890s, with 600 members, a permanent home was needed. With its architectural beauty and long history, the Harvard Club of NYC was one of the first buildings to be named a New York City Landmark. It is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
